TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The first step in choosing the right packaging bag material are to consider the features of your product, such as its size, shape, weight, fragility, and shelf life. These factors will determine the bag type, materials option and material thickness to protection your product, as well as the dimensions and design of your packaging. Our production team will assist you to the most suitable packaging for your products.

STORAGE & SHIPPING

Have you met the situation that you want to order more quantity of bags at one time for a better price, but you don’t have enough warehouse to stock those bags. No worries, we offer you max 6 months free charge stock service. We could well keep your bags in our warehouse, and make shipment separately based on your requirement. For stock over 6 months, we only charge US$15 per pallet(36 boxes)/month of overtime stocking service.

We provide you various shipping options including via sea, air and express. If you are new to importing or don't want to consume times to process the shipping from us to your warehouse, we offer you door to door shipping service, our shipping agents would take care the shipping on the way, including custom clearance and local delivery. This door to door shipping service would both save time and money for you. A lot of our customer love this service.

SAMPLES & TRIAL ORDER

Samples available before ordering, we could offer you free samples in same materials as your wanted bags, please note that if your bags dimensions are customized, the sample dimensions may not exactly same as you wish, the final production for sure would based on your artworks.

If you need samples to see our printing quality, we could send you some cases that we made for other customers. The samples of our other customers are authorized for only sample reference, please don’t copy artwork designs are use the samples in other purposes.

For samples printing based on your artworks are charged, there are two options of custom printing samples. To make cylinders and have test print, or go for small batch digital printing. Gravue printing requires cylinder cost and sample making cost. Digital printing would be cheaper and quicker for delivery.

For trial orders in small quantity, we suggest to go for digital printing, for they are much cheaper and quicker turnaround compared to gravure. Normally digital printing works for qty below 5,000cps of each sku.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

• Our professional Engineering Department can fully help you in product design, mold making, production arrangement and quality control.

• Our products are tested according to EU and US regulations.

Please ensure that the product is stored in a clean, sanitary, dry, air-ventilated, temperature appropriate (-10 to 30 degrees)warehouse, not less than 1 meter from the heat source,

Quality Warranty and proper storage time:

For compostable and paper based bags period is 18months from the date of production, 24months for recyclable and plastic based bags.

The cusomers can request for a money refund (no need to send back the products) or production remade if quality issues at ForestPac's end. ForesPac will responsible for the remade cost of production and shipping.

No returns or exchange after 120 days from receiving the packaging products unless the products are defected or misprinted, or other quality issues.

All items returned for exchange must be in their original package, free of markings, and in a clean, resalable condition. ForestPac will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn, or have any missing parts.

Shipping charges are non-refundable based on no quality issues.

Customized merchandise and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned or exchanged unless the products are defected or misprinted.

Products with Valves, Tin Tie application, hang hole application, and/or Label application are included as customized merchandise and may not be returned without quality issues.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item. Once we process your refund, it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card account.
