Q: What is your payment term?

Order amount <US$4,000.00, 50% deposit + balance before shipment; Order amount ≧ US$4,000.00, 30% deposit + balance before shipment;

Q: What are the payment methods and what currency can be accepted?

Q: How can I make sure the final bags meets my requirements?

Firstly samples would send to you for test and confirm packaging bag materials . Digital printing proof would provide after we got your artworks. We would keep you update of the production status at least on weekly basis, we would sharing you photos of printing, lamination, pouch making, and packing. Few pieces of final bags would send to you for test before shipment. Under strict QC and frequent communication, we would make sure your bags would be perfect.



What's the minimum order quantity of your product?



A：

Gravure printing: MOQ for roll film is 200kg; MOQ for bags is 10,000pcs per design; Digital printing: 500pcs; Stock bags: one box (400 to 700pcs). For trial orders with lower quantity, please contact us to discuss.



Can I get your sample before ordering?



A：

Sure, free samples (stock) available to test material quality, or printing quality reference. Samples charges various if required samples based on your own printing.



What is the turnaround time for mass production?



A：

It normally takes 15 to 18 working days of coffee packaging bags, for other bags doesn’t need to add valves or tin ties, the turnaround can be 10 to 12 working days. For digital printing requires 5 to 7 working days.



What format would I need to send you the artwork?



A：

Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF, etc., file. Please kindly be noted that the resolution rate must be higher than 300dpi to ensure printing quality. The layer must be editable, and the texts fonts should be curved to make sure fonts not be replaced by similar option.


